I need help trying to log into the modengine app. I created my own login and signed up for pro, but it says that my username/password are invalid? Why would this be?

Use a password with less or no special characters. Restart the app

im having this same problem, my password is pretty simple, only letters and numbers. restarted and re downloaded and still says user name and password are invalid
